Some of you might have heard about the earthquakes in Kyushu. What the experts are now saying was a prequake hit at a 6.5 in Kumamoto and killed ten people. The apparently "real" earthquake was a 7.3 and hit at 1:30 in the morning, causing even more casualties. I think the number is currently 24, with hundreds injured and homeless.
I live in Miyazaki prefecture, about two and a half hours away. We haven't had any injuries or damage, but we definitely feel the tremors. Just posting to let you guys know that as of now, I am alive and well. After such a strong quake, we are still getting aftershocks (literally just felt one as I type this), and many are concerned about what will happen with other fault lines.
Tl;dr nature is scary, please pray for Kumamoto and Kyushu.

Just please be careful, Tao. When I heard where the earthquakes were, my brain immediately went to "OMG IS TAO OKAY HOW WILL I KNOW"
